Description

As a qualified tile setter, you must have experience cutting and installing tile in residential and/or commercial projects. Additional requirements include knowledge of various tile and stone materials, tools, and techniques. The ability to meet the physical demands of tile setting, such as kneeling and heavy lifting is a must. Other necessary skills include time management skills, attention to detail, desire to expand trade knowledge, and interpersonal skills to work within a team of specialized tradesmen.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, background check and drug screening required. OSHA 10 Certification, journeyman license, past apprenticeship preferred.
